We are currently hiring motivated Laborers/Drivers to support our seasonal operations. This role involves both construction landscaping and maintenance, with opportunities for snow removal work during the winter.

Responsibilities – Construction Laborer/Driver
- Excavating and digging holes for planting trees and shrubs in residential developments, parks, public spaces and boulevards following landscape plans.
- Preparing soil for the laying of loam and sod.
- Seeding turf areas.
- Applying mulch to garden beds and trees.
- Installing paving stones for patios and other walkways.
- Constructing and installing rain gardens and dry stream beds.
- Using rubber surfacing materials for playground installations.
- Assembling and installing park structures like playgrounds, pergolas, picnic tables and benches.
- Constructing retaining walls using stone.
- Opportunity to receive training and certification for Skid Steer equipment operations.
Responsibilities – Maintenance Laborer
- Removing weeds, trimming trees and maintaining plant beds.
- Mowing lawns and collecting grass clippings.
- Picking up trash and debris from assigned areas.
- Installing sod or seeding new lawn areas.
- Planting bulbs, shrubs, flowers and trees.
- Applying fertilizer and irrigating grass and gardens.
- Snow removal using manual tools or snow-removal machinery.
Required Skills & Physical Abilities
- Capability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot landscape equipment.
- Physically fit to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills with supervisors and crew members.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently or within a small team with limited oversight.
- Excellent coordination and manual dexterity for a physically active role.

Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must present a clean driver’s abstract and hold a minimum of two years’ driving experience.
- Experience operating a truck with a trailer is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to commit to long workdays-between 8 to 12 hours-from Monday through Saturday.
- Steel-toe boots with a minimum of 8″ ankle support are mandatory.
